About Us

“Escape Labs” is a branch of Escape Industries, LLC. Its co-founders, Max and Ethan, are both Yale graduates (Calhoun/Hopper 2011 and Davenport 2012+1, respectively). They became friends after graduation and bootstrapped Escape primarily with their own savings. For the entrepreneurially minded, they strongly recommend “The Lean Startup” by Eric Ries and “Why Not?” by Barry Nalebuff and Ian Ayres.
